We believe a therapeutic relationship is important and necessary for the healing and growth to begin. Thus, we incorporate life experiences and work experiences to build a relationship and assist you in your journey. We listen, ask questions, and meet you where you are. We go at your pace and provide you with a space to feel heard, feel safe, and be you.
